Agent Loadout provides workspaces with agent inboxes, credential storage and, when available, payment cards and machines. The service can be used through the dashboard, API and connected AI apps. Availability depends on your plan, workspace permissions, provider setup and the capabilities of the connected app.

Accounts and authorization

Provide accurate account information and only connect workspaces, services and data you are authorized to use. Keep access to your account secure. Workspace owners manage membership, agent permissions and connected apps. Review permissions before connecting an app, and revoke access when it is no longer needed.

Actions by your agents

A connected client may read data and perform actions within the permissions you grant, including sending email, using credentials, retrieving card details or running commands. Review the recipient, destination, amount and scope of consequential actions. AI-generated output may be incorrect. Revoking a connection prevents future authorized requests but does not recall sent messages, reverse purchases or delete copies already obtained by a third party.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not send spam, impersonate others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, evade spending or service limits, or use credentials and cards without the account holder's authority. We may restrict affected actions or access to address abuse, security incidents, nonpayment or legal requirements. Contact support to request review of a restriction.

Plans and third-party services

Prices, included usage, renewal periods and additional charges are presented when you subscribe or authorize spending. Connecting an AI app does not itself purchase a plan, add paid seats or authorize additional spending. Free Sandbox sending is limited to verified recipients. Third-party AI subscriptions, payment services and other connected services have their own agreements and availability limits.

Your data and ending use

You retain your rights in data you provide. You authorize processing needed to deliver the requested service as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect apps and export or delete supported resources in the dashboard. Contact support for account closure or assistance. Canceling paid services follows the billing controls and terms shown for your subscription. Export data you need before deleting resources or ending a plan with limited retention.

Availability and statutory rights

Email delivery and external actions depend on other providers and may be delayed, declined or interrupted. Service status is published at /status. These terms do not exclude mandatory statutory rights, consumer protections, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to your contract require the notice and agreement required by applicable law.
